Equity
- We have an entirely new process with the new Agreement for equity. There is no longer an application for an equity adjustment. Per Article 24 of the Agreement, we have the following amount of equity money available:
- FY25: $75,000
- FY26: $70,000
- FY27: $65,000
- FY28: $60,000
- The goal of these funds is to help ensure all members are at CUPA median (see Article 24.6 for more). CUPA is a standardized way to associate job description(s) with the median salary of the job description(s).
- The equity committee (made up of union members and management) are using CUPA information and your job descriptions/responses to the survey and doing their best to utilize the above funds to begin bringing members to CUPA median.

Sick Bank Donation
- Fill out the VSCUP-SUP and VSCUP-PAT Sick Bank Donation Form Please note that sick bank donations may not exceed ten (10) sick days within any 12-month period.
